Everyone likes to have memories about things that awes them.
We all like to have our legacies left behind be that on Earth or on any other planet.
We love to leave our mark everywhere (and that's humans for you).
Maybe we get to go to moon for sightseeing in the near future so, here we are presenting you weird yet knowledgeable information about stuff that humans from various Apollo missions have placed on the surface of the moon.
So that you are not the one who's left behind, in the worst case scenario (when we visit moon)
#1 Luna 2
Luna 2/Lunik 2 was the sixth of the Soviet Union's Luna programme spacecraft launched to the Moon.
It was the first spacecraft to reach the surface of the Moon, and the first human-made object to make contact with another celestial body.
It hit the Moon's surface on September 13, 1959.
#2 TWO GOLF BALLS
During the Apollo 14 mission, Alan Shepard took a break from excavating to become the first person to play golf on the moon.
Using a six-iron, he had smuggled in his personal items pocket, Shepard hit two golf balls across the moon.
They are still there today.
#3 THE FAMILY ON THE MOON
Charles Duke of the Apollo 16 mission left a photo of himself, his wife, and two kids in 1972, and it sits on the moon to this day.
Some speculate however that the print has now been rendered blank by exposure to the intense conditions of space.
#4 96 bags of urine and feces
During the Apollo missions, astronauts had to poop and pee, just like we all do on Earth.
So even though it might sound like a hoax, there really are 96 bags used to collect these body fluids sitting around on the moon's surface.
After all these years left behind by astronauts to lighten their craft's load, compensating for the lunar rocks they'd brought aboard.
#5 Other stuff
At the conclusion of Apollo 11, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin also lightened their load by leaving behind about 100 objects they no longer needed.
The stash included space boots, cameras, tools, and film.
